To register and book your massages online, please note before you select:  I Agree (Register)

1. Massage Care Clinic will require your name, email address and phone number.
2. An email notification will be sent to you immediately for online access.
3. No payment is required to book an online appointment and will be required at the time of your visit.  Debit, Credit cards and Cash accepted.
4. Cancellation Policy ~ A missed or cancelled appointment with less than 12 hours notice will be billed the massage fee, plus HST.  Same day bookings are set and cancellation fees apply.

Once you are registered, you may view our Registered Massage Therapists’ schedules and book appointments at your convenience up to 60 days in advance.

PAYMENTS

We accept debit card, Visa, Mastercard and cash at the time of your visit. Credit cards are not necessary for booking appointments online. Upon arrival, please check in with our Receptionist to confirm your arrival and to process payment.  We will provide receipts that can be submitted for reimbursement to your insurance company as well as direct billing to your insurance provider.  Please note that many insurers will cover massage if it is prescribed by your medical doctor.

RECEIPTS

Direct Billing available for the following providers: Greenshield, Great West Life, Manulife, Sunlife, Johnson, Desjardin, Johnson Group, Cowan, Blue Cross and Veterens. We will provide a receipt that you may submit for possible reimbursement if you insurance provider is not listed. Receipts are available on the date of your massage at the reception desk.

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS POLICY

Appointment cancellations require 12 hours notice.  Cancellations outside of this time frame are subject to the full massage fee. Fees will not be applied to the cancelled or missed appointment if we are able to rebook the time in question.  If your appointment is booked for the same day, please be aware that the cancellation policy will be in effect once your appointment time is set.

Late arrivals can only be extended to the time remaining in the scheduled session.
